Delete Your FitDrake Account

This page explains how to request deletion of your FitDrake account and the personal data associated with it. FitDrake is operated by Insanustu.

Delete from within the app

1. Open the FitDrake app and sign in.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm. Your account and associated data are deleted immediately.

Delete by email request

If you can no longer access the app, email [email protected] from the email address associated with your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We verify ownership of the email address and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What data is deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes the data we hold about you, including:

• Account information (name, email, login details)
• Health & fitness inputs (age, weight, height, measurements, goals, workout and meal plans and progress)
• App usage and analytics data linked to your account
• AI-generated recommendations and personalization data

What data may be kept

We may retain a limited set of records where required by law or for legitimate business purposes, for example transaction and payment records needed for tax, accounting, and fraud-prevention obligations. These records are kept only as long as required (typically up to 7 years for financial records) and are not used to identify you for any other purpose. Any backups containing your data are purged on our standard rotation, within 30 days.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a subscription purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
